Texas GATORFEST Corporate Vendor Rules & Guidelines

Display Area Fees
$100 per linear foot. Booth or exhibit size will be agreed upon prior to the festival by the Corporate Vendor/Exhibitor and Festival Official. Fees are due by the deadline, Friday, August 22, 2025. -
Vendor/Exhibitor Commitment
Once accepted, an entrant is committed to the show. Corporate Vendors/Exhibitors who close before the required exhibition times will not be allowed to participate in future festivals. -
Exhibition Requirements
As long as festival management keeps the front gate open, vendors/exhibitors will be required to remain open to the public. There are NO RAIN DATES, NO REFUNDS. -
Security and Liability
The festival provides daytime and overnight security (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights); however, corporate vendors/exhibitors display all exhibits at their own risk. Texas GATORFEST and the Anahuac Area Chamber of Commerce, its members, or agents, assume no liability for damage, loss, or theft of any corporate vendor/exhibitor’s display. -
Promotional Activities
Sponsors may promote their products within their assigned space, as long as they comply with all applicable laws. All promotional items are subject to approval by festival officials. The festival encourages maintaining a family-oriented atmosphere. -
Booth Presentation
Removal of booth and promotional material will be at the discretion of the festival. Your booth is subject to inspection by festival officials at all times. Ensure that your booth setup is both aesthetically pleasing and safe for guests. -
Samples and Giveaways
Samples or other giveaways must be approved by festival officials. Corporate vendors/exhibitors are required to be open during the listed exhibit hours. Exceptions will be made only in inclement weather conditions; festival officials will notify you of any changes. -
Vehicle Regulations
No vehicles will be allowed into the festival until take-down hours. Vehicles left in the festival area after setup times will be towed at the owner's expense. No vehicles are allowed in the festival area until at least 30 minutes after the gates close each day/night. -
Booth Assignment and Conduct
Booth locations will be assigned by Festival Officials. A PHOTO MUST BE INCLUDED if promoting out of a trailer or other non-tent structure. All corporate vendors/exhibitors must provide professional service to all prospective customers and GATORFEST guests. Unprofessional conduct will result in removal from the festival and forfeiture of the entry fee. -
Additional Regulations
No food or beverages may be sold by corporate vendors/exhibitors. Corporate vendors/exhibitors will receive two parking permits for an adjacent parking lot. Late arrivals or early departures will require hand-carrying of merchandise. -
Festival Rules
All exhibitors must comply with the following festival regulations:-
No cans, bottles, glass containers, alcoholic beverages, or concealed weapons may be brought into the park.

Coolers are not permitted.

Pets are not allowed.

Swimming is prohibited.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including festival cancellation.

All individuals entering the festival grounds may be subject to search by Texas GATORFEST security or local law enforcement.

Participation in festival activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

In accordance with Section 30.06 of the Texas Penal Code, persons licensed to carry concealed weapons are prohibited from bringing them onto festival property.

Agreement to Terms Submission of a booth application constitutes acceptance of and agreement to abide by all rules and guidelines outlined above.

Friday, September 12 | 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Required Exhibition Times:
Friday, September 12 | 6 p.m. to Midnight
Saturday, September 13 | 10 a.m. to Midnight
Sunday, September 14 | Noon to 6 p.m.
Take Down:
Sunday, September 14 | 6:30 to 8 p.m.
