Texas GATORFEST 2025 is excited to invite you to attend this year’s festival as a merchant vendor.  We are excited for this year and look forward to your participation as well as the opportunity to present your business over the course of our 3-day festival!  

Our family-oriented festival offers the perfect opportunity for you and your business to be seen by our estimated 30,000 guests throughout the weekend! Enclosed is the merchant vendor information, rules, and regulations.  If you have applied for the 2025 Festival, please be sure to contact the ambassador to confirm your vendor spot - Micayla Anderson (281)250-3297. If you had to make payment arrangements, those payments will be due no later than August 29th, 2025. 
 

As always booth locations are decided on by several factors including product selection and type, weather/ground conditions, and availability. Please AVOID making specific location requests to the ambassadors, as we promise we will place you in the best possible spot we can! Please be mindful that seniority is also taken into consideration when mapping the festival.
