Deadline for Entries: August 12, 2022 BEFORE 5 p.m. Should an application be received after the deadline, the applicant will be notified and the entry fee shall be returned. No entry fees will be refunded for cancellations or no shows.
Date of Contest: Saturday, September 10, 2022
Contest Location: Anahuac ISD Auditorium
Contest Time: 10 a.m.; contestants are required to arrive fully dressed and check in by 9 a.m. Participants should be dressed and ready for photos at 9 a.m. Participants should be left with Pageant Committee upon arrival. Do not arrive before 9 a.m. as there is another pageant taking place.
Check In: All contestants should arrive to check in fully dressed no later than 9 a.m.
Entry Fee: $50 due at the time of application; checks should be made payable to Texas GATORFEST.

Eligibility: Applicants or at least one of their parents (mother or father) must reside in Chambers County. Applicants must be between 4-years-old and first grade as of September 1, 2022. This contest is limited to the first 20 girl applicants.
Dress: Pageant dress - MUST be tea length or shorter.
Rehearsal: You will be contacted with a date and time for stage competition rehearsal.
Contestant Rules

Contestants must be dressed for judging and in line before 9:45 a.m.

All decisions made by the judges are final.

Sponsor fees are not refundable. No exceptions will be made.

Good sportsmanship is required at all times. Contestants, their parents and/or representatives agree to work with GATORFEST volunteers and staff in a positive manner. Any contestant, their parent(s) and/or representatives who exhibit and unprofessional, unsportsmanlike or unethical code of conduct will result in the contestant being asked to leave the pageant and forfeit their entry fee.

The winner of the Texas GATORFEST Little Queen contest may not compete for another title in any pageant during their reign.

Current title holders from other pageants are not permitted to participate in this event.

The contest winner(s) agree by their submission of entry that they will be available for festival appearances on all of the days of the festival: Friday, September 16 through Sunday, September 18, 2022 at times to be specified at a later date by festival and pageant officials.

By submitting an application, each contestant and their parent(s) or representatives agree to abide by the rules of Texas GATORFEST and the Little Queen pageant. Furthermore, applicants assume all risk of property or bodily injury, including death, which might occur during their participation. Applicant agrees to hold the Anahuac Area Chamber of Commerce DBA Texas GATORFEST harmless from any claim of any nature arising from their participation and/or performance.
